Rep. McMorris Rodgers:
CONGRATULATIONS on your appointment as a Washington State campaign chairperson for Donald J. Trump! This is everything you've ever wanted.
Now you can be implicated directly in President Trump's electioneering crimes just like Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and Michael Cohen were so lucky to get sent to federal prison for. You've come a long way since the Office of Congressional Ethics voted unanimously to investigate your own electioneering crimes. Be proud of this accomplishment with your elevation to the Trump Crime Family -- you've earned it.
You are perfect as a campaign chairperson for President Trump. Who better to help Christian moms see the wisdom of tolerating their husbands using $130,000 of money from the family company, unlawfully deducting the money as legal fees, and then giving the money to a pornographic actress so that she will not tell a newspaper about having sexual relations with the husband, and then doing that again with another pornographic actress about another sexual affair? What would Jesus do indeed. You can explain it! Plus, if the husband impregnates the pornographic actress, then you can explain to the Christian moms that the GOP finance committee has asexual fat rich donors willing to claim they somehow had consensual sexual relations with the pornography actress, claim paternity of any conceived children, and then pay to abort the fetus and toss it in the trash. It's not a real abortion if it's done in the name of an asexual fat rich GOP donor. Christian moms satisfied. Problem solved.
Plus, your appointment as campaign chairperson for President Trump allows you to skip all of the reading and thinking about the impeachment vote this Wednesday. As Trump chairperson, you're expected to vote for your orange tub of goo, regardless of the facts or the desires of your constituents, because you're married to the mob. We understand. Who cares about facts and law when you have an oath of loyalty to a crime boss?
Two months ago you published an impeachment poll to constituents, but then you never told us about the results. We assume the results were "no impeachment -- we love having a cursing lying philandering criminal traitor as President", since the next month you told us you "saw no impeachable offenses in the July 25 phone call". We assume if your constituents in your poll saw it differently than you did, that you would take time to flex your Pensacola Christian College pre-law muscles to explain to us WHY there are no impeachable offenses, so that we could be enlightened to the truth like you. But since you haven't explained anything, we assume you represent the lone District in Washington State which supports having a cursing lying philandering criminal traitor as our President. Surprising, but exciting.
Also, your vote this week against HR 3 lowering prescription drug prices was HILARIOUS! We saw your speech, and that cool chart of speculative death and doom that your donors gave you to point at. (Who gets to keep that cool chart after the vote?)
We love how you are silent that you voted against lowering drug prices for your constituents. Plus we love your silence that drug companies donate more money to you than 99.99999% of your constituents -- hiding that makes all of this funnier. Then, the punchline is your assumption that your drug company donors would not engage in research and development for "new cures" if "old cure" drug prices were lower.
We love the irony of you believing your donor drug companies telling you that they would opt for killing people rather than make other adjustments in the company if their profits were lower. You have no understanding or math or business or natural curiosity, so you're a perfect puppet for your donors to spew their threats of killing us by killing research and development.
Drug companies face all sorts of regulations. Do these "kill cures"? Think how high the "percentage of new cures" your chart would be if drug companies had no regulations of their wastewater or solid waste disposal. 30% higher? 40% higher? How many "new cures" would be discovered if drug companies were not forced to offer Obamacare style health care instead of Freedomcare from the GOP? 40%? 50%? Imagine how many "new cures" your donors could concoct if the entire FDA went the way of Rick Perry. 50% more? 60% more? Time for a new chart!
What you voted against: Drug companies negotiate with the government to set Medicare prices for common prescription drugs. HR3 requires drug companies to offer those drugs to non-Medicare patients at those same prices. You voted against that -- lower drug prices for your non-Medicare constituents. Own it, Congresswoman. You are pretending that if drug companies cannot charge higher prices to non-Medicare patients, that those drug companies will cease research and development, causing people to die. Under your logic, we have no future as a society unless your donors can charge your non-Medicare constituents more money now, yet you aren't brave enough to break that news to us "honestly".
These drug companies are your donors and friends. They'll listen to you. Why not meet with them and go over the numbers? Is it possible the drug companies might make more profit if they sold more drugs at lower prices?
Or tell your donors that your non-Medicare constituents care about new cures, but do not feel they should be alone in subsidizing them. Ask the drug companies if the lower profits could otherwise be absorbed without affecting research and development.
For example, there are physicians in your District who have been federally indicted for participating in kickback schemes with drug companies. Maybe your donors could cut the kickback schemes to absorb the costs of HR3. Or the drug companies could throw fewer golf retreats. "Fewer golf retreats, more cures" could be your slogan for them.
Your video lecture assumes all marginal drug company profits go into research and development and that all marginal losses come from research and development -- but that can't be true. If keeping drug companies profitable is so important, you should manipulate the tax code in your donors' favor. But don't gouge your non-Medicare constituents to have to pay for the "new cures".
Finally, we LOVED your silence on your President's virulent insults this week of Lisa Page and Greta Thunberg. Your tangerine turd falsely claimed Ms. Page needed a restraining order on an FBI agent who disagreed with President Trump. Then your putrid pot of plop told Miss Thunberg to "chill" without even understanding the climatic irony of his insult. Your continued support of your President's virulent insults of women is just what we need as a society. Most of those restraining order victims are lying losers, and educated teenagers are what is wrong with the world -- we all know it, but President Trump is not afraid to say it, and you're not afraid to support him. We can count on you to Make America Great Again, where women of all ages can be virulently insulted back into the pre-suffragette era.
Keep up the good work CMR! You're the best campaign manager ever for a cursing lying philandering criminal traitor. So glad you don't have to lodge an objective vote on impeachment!
If your staff is keeping track, put us down as FOR campaign managers of presidential candidates not having to examine facts or law regarding impeachment of their candidate, and FOR drug companies making higher profits from ordinary Americans, but AGAINST virulent insults and slander of victims of domestic abuse and teenage girls.
Have a nice day.
